Again I got a voice mail to leave a message as I did and still haven't heard back from anyone. I go there to pick it up and it took for ever to get the paper work together and get my SUV.Ī few days later I get a text from a Phillip for Sheehy to see how my service went so I called him to let him know, he wasn't at there he was at another dealership that they put me through to. I spoke with someone at the front desk to please let me know about my SUV and please don't put me on hold! Finaly I was told after waiting for 15min on the phone that it will be ready. OK so now its Tuesday mid day and I had called Brian several times & leaving messages to find out about my SUV with no answer or return call. I went there Friday after work to pick up my SUV, waited so long and finialy Brian Jordan (service manager) came to me to tell me its the water delivery system AKA water pump and that they can't get the part till Tuesday morning or afternoon depends on the delivery time (no clue what that is to mean) and he told me to keep the loaner till mine SUV is ready ( mind you I hate the car). Know one called me all day Friday, I called several time to talk with the service manager and he never returned a call.
